1. Returns
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products and services, we do not offer returns. All sales are final once the purchase is completed.
2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues with the app that cannot be resolved within 7 days, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Billing Errors: If you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the charge for a review.
Refund Request Process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@khethisab.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and notify you of the decision within 7 business days.
Refund Approvals:
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the approval.
3. Cancellations
Subscription Services:
- If you wish to cancel a subscription, please do so before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
- Cancellations can be made by contacting our support team at support@khethisab.com or through your account settings in the app.
Non-Subscription Services:
- For one-time purchases, cancellation requests should be made within 24 hours of the purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
4. Shipping Policy
Digital Products: As our services are digital, there are no physical shipments. All services are delivered electronically via the app.
Physical Products (if applicable):

- Shipping Times:Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location.
- Shipping Costs:Shipping is free for orders over ₹1000. For orders under ₹1000, a shipping fee of ₹150 will be applied.
